My parent education sessions are designed to help parents better understand the mental side of sport and how their communication, expectations, and support can positively influence performance and well-being. These sessions provide practical, evidence-based guidance on topics such as confidence development, emotional regulation, competition stress, and navigating setbacks.
Whether delivered as a standalone session or alongside an athlete’s mental performance coaching, parent education creates alignment between the athlete, the parent, and the performance environment. Helping young athletes develop healthy, resilient mindsets both in sport and beyond.
